True Montana Values Run Deep

Voting rights are under attack in this country as state legislatures nationwide pass voter suppression laws under the pretext of preventing voter fraud and safeguarding election integrity. Voting is the cornerstone of our democracy and the fundamental right upon which all our civil liberties rest.

Over the last four decades, this country has relentlessly expanded the size of our criminal justice system, needlessly throwing away too many lives and wasting trillions of taxpayer dollars. Montana is no exception.

We seek to uplift Indigenous people, communities and tribes through community-directed and integrated legal and advocacy work. We aim to support tribal communities -- and follow their lead -- as they work to uphold their sovereignty, dignity, and autonomy.

We work to secure a world that respects everyone’s right to form intimate relationships and to decide whether and when to have children. Through litigation, advocacy, and public education, we strive to ensure that our government respects and supports reproductive freedom for all.
