All Families Healthcare et al. v. Charlie Brereton et al (HB 937)

The Center for Reproductive Rights, the Dechert Law Firm, and the ACLU-MT represent All Families Healthcare, Blue Mountain Clinic, and Helen Weems MSN APRN-FNP in a challenge against House Bill 937. This Statute places onerous regulatory requirements on abortion clinics (singling them out for differential treatment).
